us, nicole. >> ukee and erika we are here at second street which was actually opened for a brief time but taking a look there is now a police presence and there i a fire truck at the end of the street and some crew members there kind of making sure that the debris is fully gone from the roadway. i don't know if a few cars came by and came about that debris but they are doing clean up here this morning. all this is following a two car crash just a violent crash here on west second street near pucy street in chester. both victims were dead on arrival. it all happen at 1:00 this morning. when authorities arrived they found two cars badly damage. car parts scattered all across the roadway. again, for several hours this part of the street, west second street was shut down to traffic. it was briefly opened up but here again it looks like the police perimeters are up. so we will continue on the scene and let you know how things unfold but once again a

two car crash that resulted in two fatalities overnight. that is very latest live from chester, nicole brewer, cbs-3 "eyewitness news". now also in chester police are investigating the death have the man on the bicycle. investigators say a chester police cruiser struck and killed a robbery suspect during a pursuit. it happened around 8:30 last night on west 13th street and keystone road. d.a.'s office says that man fled police on a bicycle will and bike and cruiser collided. his mother tells "eyewitness news" that police had the wrong man. a woman is rush to the hospital, after she was found unconscious, in front of the home in berlin camden county. there are reports that the woman was assaulted by a man along patton avenue sometime before 10:30 last night. the police investigation is not over, more updates as we get the latest information erika. ukee, public has had a chance to say good bye to beau biden when he lies in honor in dover, delaware.

"eyewitness news" reporter diana rocco has the very latest. >> reporter: fbi is looking for this man who robbed a bank of america in plymouth meeting on wednesday at gunpoint. firing a shot at the teller a's window before he left. the pictures show his gun on the counter pointed, right the at the teller. >> after getting money from the tellers he turned to leave and before he left he turned around and he fired a round back in the direction of the teller windows. thankfully nobody was struck by a bullet. he fired one round and then fled the area of the bank on foot. >> reporter: police believe he is same man responsible for may 14th robbery of this wells fargo bank in bryn mawr seen here wearing a black shirt. >> it was surprising because how highly populated area.

red cross and chester city fire department will be at bickley place later this morning handing out smoke detectors to residents who want them after a series of fires there resident have been living in fear after three fires, have sparked on their block in less than a week. fires have forced more than two dozen people out of their homes. neighbors say the fires are the work of the arsonist. authorities are not saying that, just yet and they have formed an arson task force to investigate the buyers. >> the jury is still out. we have to go where evidence leads us. >> everybody is talking about it. nobody will be able to sleep. kid are a afraid to go to sleep and school. so what are we supposed to do about it?

investigating a violent crash who killed two people. this two car crash happened at west second and pusey street and debris scattered a all over the roadway. police have not released victim's identity. we will have more, in a live report, coming up at 6:00 o'clock. another deadly accident involving a police cruiser is under investigation in delaware county good morning everyone. investigators say a chester patrol car hit a man on the by sickle during a pursuit.
